How We Started
Hi, I'm Rachael!
I started The Brownie & Bake Company around 3 years ago. Baking was something I had never really thought about, it was never even in my sights. I didn't even know what a spatula was!
One day I began baking and I found it really helped with my depression, gave me something to focus on, then I found I was really good at it! The ideas flowed and I started creating amazing things. It helped calm my mind and gave me something to really be creative with.
Our Journey
So, The Brownie & Bake Company was born and I have never looked back!
Bit by bit, our little bake company is growing!
We now cater for parties, create dessert platters, attend festivals & events and bake the most delicious treats.
The Story Continued...
Our ideas spiralled & Crumble Chaos was born! Using traditional fruit flavours as a base, the chaotic world of "Build-Your-Own" crumbles was made. By adding various toppings, you can create your own masterpiece!
Alongside The Brownie & Bake Company, we now also take Crumble Chaos to festivals, carnivals and various other events. This includes Home Parties!
So you could say we have taken our company to new heights!
We have a passion for what we do, and it shows with what we bake.
